VSimulators is about to start a cutting-edge project in collaboration with Translational Research Fellow Sonia from the NIHR Exeter Biomedical Research Centre (BRC). Mind the Gap aims to explore how individuals respond to challenging situations by studying postural responses in immersive environments.
Senior Experimental Officer James Bassitt said: “VSimulators combines biomechanics, psychology, and engineering, offering unparalleled insights into human behaviour. We’re leveraging this state-of-the-art facility to better understand balance control, with potential applications in healthcare, ergonomics, and beyond.
