We are excited to be joined by Georgie Bennett, who will be discussing her career in geomorphology which spans several continents and includes fieldwork in many exciting places! Georgie will be discussing some of the challenges she faced along the way as a female scientist as well as juggling her career and parenthood. She has also recently published a book chapter entitled “Shaping a Career in Geomorphology” as part of “Geographical Journeys” edited by Kevin Cox. Georgie’s talk will be followed by an open Q&A session, and we are looking forward to an interesting discussion!
