Good morning everyone!
It’s getting close to arrival time! I’m sure that some of you are feeling a mixture of nerves and excitement. Today’s blog is looking at some practical arrangements for arriving to your accommodation.

Arrivals Weekend

The main arrivals period for 2021/22 will be Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September 2021. Arrivals on Friday 10 September may be possible at the following residences:

  • Birks Grange Village – F to Q blocks (self-catered)
  • Duryard – Teign and Yeo
  • East Park
  • Lafrowda
  • Moberly
  • Rowe House
  • St German’s

Booking an arrival slot

You should have been prompted by email to complete your online induction and to book an arrival slot. You will be asked to book a 30-minute arrival slot at your residence between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Unfortunately, if the time/date that you wish to arrive isn’t available it may be that we have reached full capacity for this. If you need to arrive later, then an arrival slot between 6:00pm and 10:00pm will also be available over the arrivals period. If you are arriving at an alternative time, please contact us first so that we can make arrangements for you.

If you are living in one of our nominated residences then we suggest that you contact your provider directly to discuss arrangements for arrivals.

Room numbers

The online registration system for undergraduate students has opened and some of you may be starting to see a provisional room number noted against your term time address. Please note that these room numbers are all subject to change until you actually arrive with us and receive your room key. However, your residence and block will remain unchanged.
