Tomorrow is A-level results day as I’m sure you’re aware! I imagine that some of you are feeling nervous and also excited. We’d like to wish everyone good luck for tomorrow. Our accommodation team are here for you to answer any questions and queries.
Extended opening hours:
Our Accommodation Team will be here to help support you during this busy period and we welcome our new Communications Team who will be answering your telephone calls and emails. We will be available at the following times over the next few weeks:
- Tuesday 10 & Wednesday 11 August– 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Thursday 12 – Friday 13 August– 09:00am – 5:00pm
We will then be on phone cover from 09:00am – 5:00pm during weekdays from the 16 August onwards

When will I hear?  
We will start sending accommodation offers out from Monday 16 August to students who now have a confirmed firm offer to study at the University and applied for accommodation before the guarantee deadline (31 July). We will send these offers out in batches (due to the volume of applications we can’t send these out in one go!)
If the University was your insurance choice or you’ve received a place through clearing, you can apply for accommodation once your offer is confirmed.
It can take up to two days for a firmly accepted offer to be transferred from Admissions to our accommodation system so please be patient with us!
If you are applying from now we will process applications in date order of receipt and if we are able to, we will send you an offer before early September

site to see what we can offer you. If you are eligible for our accommodation you will get 3 choices of accommodation type. You will need to think about what your priorities are: Self-catered/catered? En-suite/shared bathroom? Today is a great day to have a think and get yourself ready for tomorrow.
