Conference Logistics & Programme
Registration for in-person attendance at the conference and the conference dinner is currently open here, and will close at 5 pm on Thursday 09 April. After this time, it will only be possible to register to attend online. Please note that all presenters are required to register for a delegate ticket.
Please see the conference website here for the most up to date programme. This will be updated again with the final version on Monday 13 April, together with the abstracts for all sessions. Coffee will be served in La Touche until 09:00 when we will head to the conference venue right next door (Streatham Court). All Keynotes, parallel sessions and panels / workshops will take place in Streatham Court. The exhibition and networking breaks / lunch will all be served in La Touche.
If you are presenting or attending and believe that members of your network might be interested in attending, please feel free to share this LinkedIn post. We have also created two social media cards for you to download, one for presenters and one for attendees, should you wish to share your participation at #ALT2026 on LinkedIn or other networks. Conference Activities – Pre-Conference Networking Drinks (15 April) & Conference Dinner at Reed Hall (16 April)
If you are in Exeter on Wednesday 15 April, we would love to see you at Mill on the Exe for pre-conference drinks from 6 pm (the pub is a 20-minute walk from Streatham campus and is on Bonhay Road, Exeter EX4 3AB). Please make yourself known to us when you arrive to receive your gold wristband – you will need to show this at the bar to receive a complimentary welcome drink (limited to the first 50 guests).
The Conference Dinner will take place on the evening of Day 1 (16 April) at Reed Hall (Streatham Dr, Exeter EX4 4QR). Tickets for the dinner are available here until 5 pm on Thursday 09 April (we are unfortunately unable to accommodate bookings after this date / time for the dinner). Please arrive at Reed Hall by 6.15 pm for drinks and to receive your gold wristband, before dinner service starts at 7 pm (you will need to show your gold wristband to enter the dinner venue). If you have not already advised us of any dietary or accessibility requirements for the conference or the dinner, please email us before 5 pm on Thursday 09 April to let us know.
Online/Hybrid Details
The Keynotes and parallel sessions on the conference programme will be offered hybrid via Teams. The link will be shared with all attendees and separately with presenters the day before the conference (we recognise that some of you may be arriving into Exeter at different times or only able to attend in person for one day). We ask that you not share the link with others who have not registered to attend unless this has been agreed with us beforehand.
Accessibility
If delegates require any reasonable adjustments to make the conference accessible, or have any concerns re accessibility, please contact us in advance. The conference programme will be available digitally on the conference website, and we will have a few paper copies printed on the day. If anyone requires the conference programme and abstracts in a specific format, please let us know in advance of the conference.
