Submissions closed

Paper submission for the IPDC 2026 has now closed and acceptance notifications have been sent. The registration deadline for presenters is April 20, 2026. With thanks to our sponsors and in line with our aim for an inclusive conference, we were able to grant a few registration fee waivers.

We recommend early booking of travel and accommation to secure the best rates. We have reserved a limited number of rooms at discounted rates in various hotels, including a cheaper on-campus bed and breakfast option. Some of these special offers expire as early as April 10, 2026.

Participants who require a formal invitation letter for visa purposes are asked to contact the local organizing committee as soon as possible to avoid delays with their visa application.
