Submission

Each author may submit one paper only. Being a co-author on multiple papers is allowed, provided that each author would present only one paper.

The submission deadline has now passed.

On the submission form, PhD students and early-career researchers have the opportunity to indicate that they want to be considered for a best paper award.

Furthermore, as part of the paper submission, we accept applications for registration fee waivers or financial travel support. This financial support is subject to availability and strictly intended for those who would otherwise be unable to afford participating in the conference.

To be included in the program, all presenters of accepted papers need to register for the conference before the registration deadline. Paper submission/acceptance is not considered as registration.
