Registration

All participants, including presenters, have to register for the conference. Paper submission/acceptance is not considered as registration.

The registration fee includes access to all keynote and parallel sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, and the welcome reception. Thanks to our sponsors, we are able to offer a significant fee reduction for PhD students. Registration for the conference dinner at an additional charge is optional. Travel and accommodation, as well as optional social/cultural activities are not included and need to be arranged by the participants themselves.

Subject to availability, we might be able to offer a limited number of tickets for the welcome reception and/or conference dinner for accompanying persons. Please indicate your interest in this option on the registration form.
