Submission

Each author may submit one paper only. Being a co-author on multiple papers is allowed, provided that each author would present only one paper.

Paper submissions follow a 2-step procedure:

1. Complete the submission form with details about the presenter and paper:

2. Send a PDF document of the full paper to the e-mail address mentioned on the submission form. Preliminary versions of the paper are acceptable.

Both steps must be completed before the submission deadline on March 1, 2026.

On the submission form, PhD students and early-career researchers have the opportunity to indicate that they want to be considered for a best paper award.

Furthermore, as part of the paper submission, we accept applications for registration fee waivers or financial travel support. This financial support is subject to availability and strictly intended for those who would otherwise be unable to afford participating in the conference.

To be included in the program, all presenters of accepted papers need to register for the conference before the registration deadline. Paper submission/acceptance is not considered as registration.
