The Black Leaders Programme is a two-day training opportunity delivered by GRIT, a charity providing intensive personal development and coaching programmes for students of African and Afro-Caribbean heritage.

In today’s dynamic world, leadership is not just about holding a position; it’s about inspiring change, fostering resilience, and paving the way for future generations. This course is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate your career path successfully while embracing your unique cultural identity.

Course Details: (lunch provided on both days)

  • Duration:         2 days
  • Dates:              19 and 20 March 2025
  • Time:               10.00 – 16.00
  • Location:         19th The Lecture Theatre, Ground Floor, INTO Building, Streatham
    • 20th The Greenhouse, Ground Floor Devonshire House (The Guild), Streatham
  • Cost:                 FREE. However, you must be free to attend both days (Please note that your attendance at the programme will be considered as an authorised absence and you will not be penalised for missing your teaching and learning sessions. However, if you have any assessments on these days, we will not be able to authorise your absence.)

Refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days.

You should register to attend a brief (45-minute) online pre-event information session with a GRIT staff on either 12th or 14th March. Once you have attended this session, you will have completed the sign-up process. Please register using the Eventbrite page.
