What are the roles:

  • Real Estate Internship: Introduction to investment management and Real Estate operations.
  • Internal Audit Internship: Assist with audits – reviewing policies and processes.
  • Tax Internship: Learn about taxes in the investment management industry and build relationships.
  • Investment Internship: Work with Equities, Fixed Income, or Multi-Asset teams on research and shadow senior executives.
  • Finance Internship: Analyse financial statements and conduct financial research.
  • Business Transformation Internship: Support workshops and programme managers in Business Transformation.
  • Wealth Management Internship: Assist with client meetings, policy updates, and investment research.
  • Marketing Internship: Work across content creation, marketing distribution, and analytics.
  • Schroders Capital Internship: Gain exposure to Real Estate investment and asset management.
  • Client Group Internship: Research market opportunities and improve client pitches.
  • IIU Internship: Conduct personal research projects with data scientists.
  • Product Internship: Build market understanding and create innovative products.
  • Economics Placement: Provide research support to the Economics Team for investment decisions.

Who can apply:

  • Applicants must have an honours degree or equivalent – Schroders are not looking for a specific degree subject or predicted grade.  
  • Applicants must be in their penultimate year of study and graduating in 2026.
