From the Monday 16th to Friday 20th May the Amory Building will play host to the SSIS Wellbeing Week. Over the course of the week you will be able to attend activities ranging from Hand Reflexology and Yoga sessions to Art and Clay Seed Bomb Workshops. These sessions will provide an opportunity to take a creative break from your studies and promote good mental health over the assessment period.
Regular sessions will run each day between 10am to 4pm, and there is no need to book. Simply turn up and take part in any session you wish. For students who may not be on campus, Virtual Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Sessions will be available to attend on Monday 16th and Thursday 19th.
