REACH-HF implementation during COVID-19

During the COVID-19 pandemic, REACH-HF training for health professional facilitators is being offered free of charge to ensure heart failure patients can continue to receive cardiac rehabilitation at home.

The 2-day training, jointly sponsored by the Heart Manual Department (NHS Lothian), Health and Care
Innovations and the REACH-HF Study Group, will be delivered remotely, via a web-based platform on the 13th and 14th May 2020.
