Colleagues gathered for a 2-day facilitation training event on Exeter’s Streatham Campus in April. The SPHERE-sponsored course focussed on the values, principles and practices of facilitation lead by experienced facilitator Orla Cronin. The desired outcomes for the 15 participants was to be able to engage more effectively, enrich the experience of colleagues and participants, and achieve optimum outcomes from planning sessions, workshops, and focus groups.
