I applied during the guarantee period and Exeter was my Firm choice
We will start sending offers out from Monday 21 August and will continue throughout the week, so please don’t worry if you haven’t heard from us on the first day. You will be notified by email when your offer is ready to view in your Accommodation Account, so keep an eye on your inbox and junk folders next week.
I am coming via Clearing or an Insurance or Alternative Course offer, or had Exeter as my Firm choice but applied for accommodation after the guarantee period
We are pleased to be able to provide a guarantee of accommodation to new unaccompanied undergraduate students entering year 1 at the University of Exeter via Clearing or an Insurance or Alternative Course offer who submit an accommodation application by the end of 25 August 2023. We anticipate that our remaining availability for applications received at this stage will be in:
- Catered en-suite rooms at Birks Grange Village
- Catered standard rooms at Exeter Halls
- Self-catered on-campus studio rooms at Birks Grange Village
- Self-catered off-campus standard rooms such as St David’s
Our catered residences and St David’s rooms enable students who meet the criteria to apply for our Accommodation Bursary
To be guaranteed accommodation, you will need to apply to us by 25 August 2023. We will then send you an accommodation offer by Friday 1 September 2023. You may first need to wait 24-48 hours for your details to transfer from Admissions to us, but you will be able to register an account and make an application.
