Anna completed her PhD at the University of Nottingham, where she explored medical students’ well-being during the transition through clinical training using realist methodology. Her background is in occupational psychology (the psychology of work and organisations). Before completing her PhD, she worked for an occupational psychology research consultancy, working on projects in different sectors, including medical education.
