Dr Ahmad Abuhelwa

Dr Abuhelwa is an assistant professor at the University of Sharjah. Previously he was a Research Fellow in the Precision Medicine Group at the College of Medicine and Public Health, Flinders University. Dr Abuhelwa’s research focus is precision medicine in cancer and other debilitating disorders. He applies clinical epidemiology, pharmacometrics, and machine learning techniques to understand and predict patient-specific treatment outcomes that translate to improved health outcomes by informing the right medicine for the right patient.
