Exeter and Gulf Pharmacy Practice Collaboration (ExeG PPC)
Future research by the ExeG PPC will aim to broaden the focus of previous projects geographically. The research team plan to conduct ExeG PPC’s cross-sectional survey on pharmacists in other countries in the Gulf region, including Saudi Arabia, Oman and Kuwait. The findings from the scoping review, informal meetings with stakeholders in the Gulf countries and data collected from the survey will be used to identify and develop evidence-based approaches to involving pharmacists in asthma care that are implementable in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
