You might be interested in reading a recent journal article in how Lesson Study (LS) is used in Initial Teacher Education (ITE), authored by Exeter colleagues. LS is a Japanese model of teacher-led research in which a triad of teachers work together to target an identical area for development in their pupils’ learning.
