    The University of Exeter Law School is delighted to be hosting a very special alumni panel and networking reception in celebration of Black History Month on Tuesday 13 October in The Deck (Innovation Centre, Streatham Campus). Co-hosted by Dr Louise Loder and Dr Swati Gola from the Law School, the panel discussion will welcome the following alumni speakers:

    Ahmed Yusuf, Recruitment Resourcer, Tradewind Recruitment and former Community Engagement Officer, University of Exeter

    Rose Arhin, Communities and Equality Officer at Exeter Students’ Guild

    Benitia Knowles-Wright, Family Law Senior Associate, Stephens Scown

    Ikenna Henry Onyebuchi, Solicitor, Addleshaw Goddard LLP

    Our speakers will share their personal career journeys and challenges of inclusion and belonging within the legal profession and wider professional environments, as well as strategies for navigating these barriers and their best advice for developing key employability skills for career growth. The panel will be followed by student Q&A and catered networking for speakers and students in celebration of Black History Month.

    This event is open to all current students of the University of Exeter Law School. If you register and are then unable to attend, you are required to provide 24 hours notice in writing so that your place can be offered to another student. Thank you for your understanding.
