Who are we?

Dr. Inmaculada Adarves-Yorno (Inma)

I am Inma, a deeply curious researcher, passionate leadership lecturer and innovative resilience trainer. After being part of the mindfulness revolution in Kenyan prisons, I had a yearning to do more and bring more people with me. This time, I bring everything I have and all I am, my research, my experience, my hopes, my failures, my love for human nature to this project and much more. And I invite you to do the same!!
