The training we offer is not a quick fix, we strongly believe on life long changes and that requires time and dedication. But we know that building your resilience is one of the BEST INVESTMENTS OF YOUR LIFE.

WE CANNOT STOP STRESS AND ADVERSITIES FROM COMING OUR WAY, BUT WE CAN GET READY TO WELCOME THEM, DEAL WITH THEM, AND GROW FROM THEM (Adarves-Yorno, 2023).

The training element offers a unique combination of tools, techniques and provocations based on over a decade of experience.

We know that personal changes are difficult to implement; for that reason, we have included a section on self-compassion and one on self-leadership that combines meta-cognition with a kind yet decisive self-exploration of what works for you and why.

Based on the neuro-affective model of developing resilience by Tabinia 2020 we have developed a 3 x 3 structure
