Student A – living in catered accommodation in Exeter

These are term-time costs for 32 weeks only but include rent for 40 weeks – generally, rent is payable for 40-44 weeks of the year in self-catered accommodation.

Payment dates

Accommodation Fees are due at the beginning of the academic year in full, or in the following instalments:

These normally line up with Student loan dates. You’re welcome to pay in full but there is no discount for this.
