Prizes

The Law School has a thriving culture of prizes and scholarships which involves collaboration with influential global partners, donors, and Exeter alumni.

At the University of Exeter, our culture of prizes and scholarships is based upon two core guiding principles: ‘beyond marks’ and ‘beyond money’. The first relates to the criteria upon which student winners are selected which often includes extracurricular activities, community engagement, pro bono commitments and evidence of leadership and initiative. The ‘beyond money’ principle encourages our students to undertake exciting developmental opportunities offered by prize partners, with several prizes including work experience components.

The diverse portfolio of prizes on offer at the Law School has been developed in close partnership with our donors, Law School leadership, our academic staff, Exeter alumni, and our students with a view to cultivating long term relationships that will lead to improved careers and professional development opportunities for Exeter Law School graduates.
